All orders are processed and dispatched on the same working day if received before 2pm.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Our delivery charges are based on order weight and dimension.
We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders except Highlands and Islands over 5KG
All orders (3KG and under) are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, which in most cases arrives the within 48 hours.
First Class Recorded Delivery is available on request. Please contact us for details.
All orders over 3KG are sent by Courier. For next working day delivery.
Packaging
As part of our environmental policy, where possible we reuse boxes and packaging and recycle the rest.
Order Cancellations and Returns
Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. The terms and conditions of sale detailed are provided for your information, in line with legislation contained in the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. This legislation covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, fairs or exhibitions The Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 give consumers a 14 day cancellation period - starting the day after receipt of the goods. To cancel the contract under the terms of the Consumer Contract Regulations, the Company must be contacted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The company will then contact the customer with a returns number within 2 working days. This number must be quoted on all returned goods so that the goods can be properly identified. The Company cannot be held responsible for goods returned without proper identification. Customers may return specified goods without reason for a refund. This excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications. It does not apply to goods intended for everyday consumption. Goods returned have to be complete and in a resalable condition. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring, the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the Customer. The Customer will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation of the contract.

All transactions on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Customers who wish to pay by cheque should make the cheque payable to Hampshire Guns and write your full name and address on the back. Please allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods are dispatched.
We use Worldpay as our payment gateway for processing payments for items purchased on our website. This provides a secure link between our site and the bank ensuring that our customers card details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.
We also accept PayPal. Customers wishing to pay by PayPal will need to select PayPal on our payment options page. You will then be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase.
We use MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and American Express SafeKey to provide extra protection to our customers. We do not store any cardholder information. |
