Individual information submitted online via web forms on our website or our eBay store in the form of name, address, item ordered, email address and telephone number is collected for the purpose of fulfilling orders and requests for information..By placing an order on our eBay store, website or request for information you consent to us processing your data for that purpose. This information is automatically deleted from our records after 6 years. As a Vat registered business we are required by HMRC to keep accounts for a 6 year period.

Individual information submitted in store in relation to the purchase of items controlled by law. This information collected in the form of name, address, age, date of birth, details of the item purchased, licence number, type of licence and expiry date and any other information we are legally required to process in connection with the sale of restricted items will be stored electronically and encrypted. This information will be processed and stored as legally required by the Firearms Act 1968.

We will only send you any promotional or marketing information about the products and services we offer by email where you have given your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account and removing the tick from the email subscription box .

Customers may at any time request a copy of any information we hold free of charge. This information will be supplied with in 30 days.
